Thanking Your Customers Can Build And Sustain Brand Loyalty

There are lots of ways to create a customer loyalty program for your business. And it's important to take actions on a regular basis that keep your customers coming back.

But one way to keep your customers returning time and again is very simple - and it won't cost you a dime. Say thank you.

There are a lot of different ways to say thank you.

>> We appreciate your business

>> Thanks for being our customer

>> We're happy you trust us enough to shop here

>> Thanks for coming in today

I was reminded of this last week when I was boarding an airline flight. As the airline staff was taking each person's boarding pass, she said thank you - to every single person. She said it a lot of different ways and sounded sincere each time. I fly a lot and don't recall that ever happening (sad, isn't it?). But it made me feel good when she said it.

And that's what saying thank you will do for your customers.

How do you thank your customers? Share with me by leaving a comment.
